Rock Island Armory M1911A1 Tactical 9mm pistol. This "Commander" size 1911A1 features a 4.25" barrel, 9+1 capacity  9mm Luger chambering, and a plethora of custom  features one loves to see on 1911's : Extended beavertail grip safety with pad, extended and beveled magazine well, ambidextrous safety, combat (skeletonized trigger and hammer), adjustable trigger stop, checkered mainspring housing, front part of grip frame checkered, textured no-slip grips, adjustable rear sights, fiber optic front sight. All steel construction and parkerized finish. I especially like the fact that there is not a bunch of large gaudy printing on the slide as many modern 1911's seem to have. This gun is easy on the eyes!   MSRP is $752.00 and we have it for $659.00 (unless I keep it for my own!)
